Visions for change: Sharing experiences of first-gen, low-income students

"More than 300 students from 34 colleges and universities attended the fifth annual “1vyG” conference on Princeton’s campus Feb. 15-17. The event brought together first-generation college and lower-income (FLI) students at highly selective universities. Here, students pose at a photo booth with signs that say “FLI is FLY,” “Mami We Made It,” and “Thanks Fam.”

A separate conference on Feb. 17-19 for administrators who work with FLI students included faculty and staff from 40 institutions."
